Warranty and Returns

NDK Watches offers a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. We are completely understanding when it comes to your purchase and understand that things can go wrong. With that being said, our products are not suitable for wear during sports activities or anything that puts the watch at a higher risk of damage.

What does our manufacturer's warranty include?

Any errors caused by the manufacturing of the watches such as defects will be covered by warranty.

What is not included in the warranty?

  • Our 1-year warranty does not include wear and tear.
    Eg dropping your watch, bumps, wear and tear etc.
  • Our warranty does not include the watch battery.
  • If the watch is engraved after purchase this unfortunately is not covered by the warranty.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty also does not include general ‘wear and tear’ to the watch strap.

RETURNS

 

NDK Watches offers a 14-day return policy after the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange within this period, your product must be:

    1. Unworn
    2. In the same condition as sold (plastic clip intact and clear screen on watch dial) with the original box
    3. You must have proof of purchase (Order # & Name)

    If for any reason you need to return a product outside of the 14-day policy please contact us at support@ndkwatches.com

     

    HOW TO RETURN:

    Contact us at support@ndkwatches.com , quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return

    Once you have followed the Return processes, please complete this and send your return to the address provided.

    Once received by our team, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card, Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to exchange an item, we will organise this and dispatch your new item within 3 business days of receiving your return.

    Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as NDK cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us. NDK does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
